Tournament Information
Georgia Futbol Club invites you to apply to enter the 2008 Georgia FC Presidents Soccer Classic. The tournament is sanctioned by GYSA and USYSA and will be played February 16 & 17, 2008 in Northeast Atlanta. Competition is open to both Boys and Girls teams from the U10 to U15 age groups, based on Fall 2007 age classification.
Teams
All teams must be USYSA affiliated. Three guest players are allowed. The Tournament Committee is planning a 3 game competition with a maximum of eight teams per playing division. Divisions will be comprised of the following whenever possible.
- Most Competitive Teams (Gold)
- Competitive Teams (Silver)
- Intermediate Teams (Bronze)
*Divisions will be further subdivided if the number of entries warrant.
Awards
Individual trophies will be awarded to the championship and runner-up teams in each age group and division in which finals are played
Entry Fee
- U10-U12 $350
- U13-U15 $400
Age Groups
- U10 (6 v 6)
- U11 (8 v 8)
- U12 (8 v 8)
- U13 (11v11)
- U14 (11v11)
- U15 (11v11)
Fields
All games will be played on Bermuda Fields in Gwinnett County and other parks in the Northeast Metro Atlanta area.
Registration
You may pay by credit card or check when registering for the Presidents Classic online at www.georgiafc.com. If paying by check, payment is due within 10 days after applying online.

Documentation
Teams will need to have the following documents available at registration:
- Current USYSA validated player passes for each player, including guest players.
- Copy of Official State Roster. (If roster is not available from state association team may use roster provided and signed by league registrar)
- Medical Release Form for each player.
- Player Roster and Release Form – 2 copies required.
- Permission to Travel Form for out of state teams.
Hotel Information
Each team is responsible for making hotel arrangements.
The Hampton Inn is the sponsor for the Georgia FC Soccer Tournaments.
