Premier Training 2008  - Select and Rec Off Season Program

This program is designed to keep in shape in the off-season.

Participants 8 –14 Boys and Girls Rec and Select.

Georgia FC Premier Training Program is designed for the select & recreational Players. Our coaching staff will spend time on technical skills and tactical aspects of the Game.

Goal Keepers attending will spend time on technical and tactical aspects of goal Keeping. Premier Training will focus on technical training, skills such as dribbling; passing, receiving, shooting and basic defending and attacking will be emphasized. Each session will also include small-sided games to improve technical skills in match situation:

• All Sessions will be held at Bethesda Park (Bring a ball, shin guards & water)
• Wednesdays / Thursday Sessions will run from 6:00-7:30 pm
• Training will be directed by Lloyd White & Georgia FC staff.
• 10 Sessions
• Dates: December 12,13,19,20 January 2,3,9,10,16,17
